FoodPack 400 Extra is designed for skin food packaging, making sure that even small businesses can access quality packaging with a low investment. This is ILPRA’s only semi-automatic tray sealer, along with its rotary version, capable of processing skin packaging at high levels of protrusion (up to 60 mm).

Touch Screen Panel

All working parameters can be set from the touch screen control panel. In addition, several recipes can be stored for quick use by the operator.

Automatic unwinder and rewinder

It allows the right amount of heat-sealing film to be automatically unwound under the sealing area and the scraps to be rewound after the sealing/cutting operation. The system is mechanically operated. Optionally, this unit can be equipped with a “centered print” system if a very specific image of the film needs to be centered with respect to the tray. The system allows working with both printed and neutral film.

Vacuum pump in the machine

To maintain a compact design and take up little space in your production environment, this model incorporates the 300m3 vacuum pump inside.
